What data can I connect?
Spreadsheets, CSV exports and databases through a read-only connection. Chatly only reads the data and never writes back to the source.
Do I need to know SQL?
No. Describe what you want in plain language. If you do write SQL, you can see and edit the query behind every chart.
How often does it refresh?
On a schedule you set, from hourly to weekly, or on demand. Failed refreshes are flagged rather than silently skipped.
Can I share it outside my team?
Yes. Share a view-only link, restrict it to specific people, or publish it as an internal page. You control who sees each dashboard.
What if a number looks wrong?
Every metric shows its definition and the query that produced it, so you can check the calculation and correct it in one line.
