How it works

Describe the person
Write it the way you would brief a colleague: the role, the industry, the company size and the city. Add who to leave out, such as agencies or your current customers.

Search public profiles
Chatly searches public LinkedIn profiles through Apify, matches the title variants people actually use, and keeps only those whose current role fits.

Work the list
Each row has the name, title, company, location, seniority, time in role and the profile link. Sort, trim and export, or pass the list on to enrichment or outreach.

Frequently asked questions
Can I search LinkedIn for people without Sales Navigator?
Yes. Describe the people you want and Chatly searches public profiles for them, with filters for role, industry, location and seniority. You do not need a Sales Navigator seat.
Is searching LinkedIn this way allowed?
It reads only public profile information through Apify and paces requests within the platform's limits. It does not log in as you, read private data or message anyone. Use the results under your local data protection rules.
Does it give me email addresses?
No. LinkedIn profiles do not publish email addresses and the sheet does not guess them. You get the profile link, title and company, which you can pass to outreach in your usual tools.
How many profiles can one search return?
As many as match, within the platform's limits. A narrow search might return thirty people and a broad one several hundred. Tighten the role or location if the list is too long to work.
How current is the profile data?
Profiles are read when you run the search, so titles and companies are as current as the person's own profile. Re-run the search later to catch job changes.
