Is it Claude, or is it you?
If the status above is clear and Claude still fails, the cause is often closer to home. You may have reached your usage limit, which resets on a rolling five-hour window and, on paid plans, weekly.
Sign out and back in, try a private window or another browser, and turn off extensions that change web pages. If only one feature fails, such as file uploads or Research, check that part of the status page.

Is Claude down right now?

Why is Claude not working for me?
If the status page is clear, the cause is often on your side: you may have reached your usage limit, or a browser extension or old session is in the way. Try signing out and in, or another browser.
Does Claude in Chatly work when Claude is down?
