AI employees

Hand over the job, not the steps. Chatly works across your tools and brings it back done.

Examples

Three things people make with it.

  • A stapled cream weekly report open on a sunlit white desk, a bar chart of bright azure blue bars on its page, one small vermilion paperclip on the corner. Any writing on it appears only as abstract grey ruled lines, with no letters or numbers anywhere
    Weekly metrics report
  • A row of cream letters pegged on a single line strung between two posts above a green field, each page filled with neat ruled lines, swirling clouds in a bright azure blue sky, one vermilion peg. Any writing on it appears only as abstract grey ruled lines, with no letters or numbers anywhere
    Replies drafted for approval
  • A stapled two-page research brief lying on a pale wooden table by a window, a small table and a short column of footnote lines on its first page, a brass magnifying glass resting on the corner, bright azure blue sky outside, one small vermilion sticky tab on the edge. Any writing on it appears only as abstract grey ruled lines, with no letters or numbers anywhere
    Research brief with sources

How it works

  1. Brief it like a new hire

Say what you need, by when and where it should land. Attach the files and connect the apps the job touches, and Chatly takes it from there.

  2. Watch it work

Chatly lays out its plan and reasons in the open as it goes, so you can see which tools it is using and redirect it before it finishes.

  3. Get the work back

You get the finished thing, a doc, a sheet, a deck, a site or drafted replies, ready to review. Put the job on a schedule and it runs again.

Who it’s for

  • A founder at a desk with the week's work finished

    Founders without an ops hire

Hand off the investor update, the weekly metrics sheet and the follow-ups from Monday’s calls, and spend the hours on customers instead.

  • A terrace table with a slide deck and letters ready

    Marketing and sales teams

Research a list of accounts, draft the outreach in Gmail for approval, and build the campaign deck and landing page from one brief.

  • A giant ledger lying open on a plateau

    Operations and finance

Clean the export, reconcile it in a sheet, write the summary and have it ready for the right people every week, on a schedule.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is an AI agent you hand whole jobs to rather than single questions. In Chatly you describe the outcome, and the agent plans the steps, uses the tools the job needs and returns the finished work.

What work can I hand to Chatly?

Research, documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, websites, images, video and email. Typical jobs are a weekly report from your data, replies drafted in Gmail, a competitor brief with sources, or a launch deck from a one-pager.

Is it safe to connect an AI employee to my email and apps?

You choose which apps to connect and what Chatly may do in them. Each Gmail action can be set to Allow, Ask or Block, and replies are saved as Gmail drafts by default, so you decide what is sent.

Can it do recurring work on its own?

Yes. Any job can run as a scheduled task, such as a Monday report or a daily digest. Standard includes 2 scheduled tasks, Pro includes 5 and Ultra includes 25.

How much does an AI employee cost?

Chatly has Standard, Pro and Ultra plans, with Teams from three seats. The app shows each price in your currency when you choose a plan.

Can my whole team share one AI employee?

Yes. Chatly for Teams gives your team pooled credits and shared seats, from three seats.
